Privacy Policy.

This site is a static website. It has no accounts, no shopping cart and no payment processing, and it does not set cookies. This policy explains the little data that does move, and the rights you have over it.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers babydoge.com and its subpages. It does not cover the separate products in the BabyDoge ecosystem — the DEX, the launchpad and the bridge each run on their own domains under their own terms, and third-party sites we link to are governed by their own policies. Read theirs before using them.

2. Definitions

  • Personal Data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • Processing — any operation performed on Personal Data.
  • Data subject — a natural person whose Personal Data is being Processed.
  • Child — a natural person under 16 years of age.
  • We / us / our — ZENITHSOFT LABS PTE. LTD. (Co. Reg. No. 202438375R), the company that operates this website.

3. Principles we follow

  • Processing is lawful, fair and transparent, and we will explain it on request.
  • Processing is limited to the purpose the data was gathered for.
  • Processing is done with the minimum amount of data required.
  • Data is not stored for longer than it is needed.
  • We do our best to keep data accurate, whole and confidential.

4. What this site collects

Nothing you have to give us. There is no sign-up, no login, no order form and no newsletter form on this site. Every page is a static file. We run no analytics scripts, no advertising scripts and no tracking pixels, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

The only data that moves is:

  • Technical request data. Our hosting and CDN providers process the standard data every web request carries — IP address, user agent, requested URL, time of request — in order to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. We use this in aggregate, to see whether the site is up and how heavily it is used.
  • Whatever you send us yourself. If you email us, apply through the shelter partnership form or write to us on a social channel, we hold what you wrote and the address you wrote from, for as long as the conversation needs it.
  • Publicly available information. For partner and charity pages we use information organizations have published themselves, and we link to the source.

5. How we use it

To answer you, to keep the site running and secure, and to comply with obligations under law. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or lease data, and we do not run automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Who else has access

Our hosting, CDN and email providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver the service, and are bound to protect it. Partnership enquiries submitted through the external application form are processed by that form's provider under its own policy. Beyond that we disclose Personal Data only when legally obliged to, or when you have asked us to.

7. How we secure data

The site is served over HTTPS only. We monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and attacks. We cannot guarantee the security of information, but we will notify the relevant authorities of a data breach, and we will notify you if the breach threatens your rights or interests.

8. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to:

  • Information — to know whether your Personal Data is processed, what is gathered, from where, why and by whom.
  • Access — to obtain a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Erasure — to have your data deleted from our records in the circumstances the law provides for.
  • Restriction — to limit how we process your data where certain conditions apply.
  • Objection — to object to processing, including to any automated processing or profiling.
  • Portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Complaint — to be told why, if we refuse a request, and to take it further if our answer does not satisfy you.
  • Supervisory authority — to seek the help of a supervisory authority and other legal remedies.
  • Withdrawal of consent — to withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.

9. Children

We do not target children with our services, and we do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from them.

10. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. If that ever changes, this section changes first and says which cookies, why, and how to refuse them. You can control cookies from other sites at the browser level, or through a privacy platform such as optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.com.
